• The assessments represent our opinion only and should not be treated as factual statements about any company
• Our methodology may contain errors, biases, or limitations that could result in inaccurate assessments
• The scores and ratings may not reflect the actual creditworthiness, financial health, or business viability of any company
• We do not have access to private financial records, internal company information, or non-public data
• Our assessments are based solely on publicly available information which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate

The information provided through the Service does not constitute and should not be construed as:

7. Experimental Nature of Ratings

Our credit health scores and risk assessments are generated using an experimental, proprietary algorithm. You acknowledge that:

• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any decisions you make based on information from the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by HighStreetCheck and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
