⚠️ Important Notice
The credit health scores, ratings, and assessments provided by HighStreetCheck are experimental in nature and represent our subjective interpretation and assumptions based on publicly available data. These ratings may not accurately reflect the true financial health, creditworthiness, or business standing of any company. Users must not rely solely on our assessments for any business, financial, or legal decisions.

- Our methodology may contain errors, biases, or limitations that could result in inaccurate assessments
- The scores and ratings may not reflect the actual creditworthiness, financial health, or business viability of any company
- We do not have access to private financial records, internal company information, or non-public data
- Our assessments are based solely on publicly available information which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate

The information provided through the Service does not constitute and should not be construed as:
- Financial advice or recommendations
- Legal advice or counsel
- Investment advice or guidance
- Credit advice or credit rating services

- Incomplete or missing key information
- Incorrectly filed by the company
- Subject to delays in processing
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the underlying data sources.
7. Experimental Nature of Ratings
Our credit health scores and risk assessments are generated using an experimental, proprietary algorithm. You acknowledge that:
- The algorithm is based on our assumptions about what factors indicate company health
- These assumptions may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain companies or industries
- The weighting and scoring methodology is subjective and may not align with industry standards
- Our ratings are not comparable to ratings from established credit rating agencies (Moody's, S&P, Fitch, etc.)
- A high score does not guarantee a company is financially healthy or creditworthy
- A low score does not necessarily indicate a company is failing or uncreditworthy
- We may change our methodology at any time without notice
